All consultations are conducted online. For online/telehealth consultations, payments are made before consultations via SecurePay/Paypal or Stripe. We take your privacy and security very seriously and the online payment platforms we use are safe and secured. 

Initial Consultations – 60 Minutes: During the initial consultation, we’ll discuss things such as your medical history and what your day to day routine looks like. This will help the dietitian to make the best changes that suit you, and fit in with your lifestyle.

Ongoing or Review Consultations – 40 Minutes: Together we’ll through your experiences with implementing change between appointments. Factors such as comfort with making the changes suggested and overall health will be assessed. We will also make suggestions to further improve your current situation, and help you on your journey.

If you have been issued with a Medicare EPC from your GP your appointment can be bulk billed to Medicare, you are entitled to 5 services per year.

Your consultations may also be covered by Medicare if your GP has created a chronic disease management plan and referred you to a dietitian. 

The Medicare rebate for dietetic services is currently $54.60 per consultation covered on the plan. This does not cover the full cost of your consultation so there will be an out-of-pocket cost to you. For example:
If the Fee: $200
The Benefit: $54.60
Out of Pocket Expense: $145.40

If you are covered for dietetics and other allied health services through your private health fund, you may only have to pay a gap payment. Online consultations can be processed via SecurePay/Paypal before consultation.

Please check with your private health insurance provider for your cover levels and eligibility.
